It is important to us to keep our customers' information secure. Only the owner of the cell phone has access to the information through the master key or biometric authentication. Neither the developer nor our support technicians can have access to the client passwords.

Passwords are saved locally on the customer's device within an local database. No password is sent outside the device.

Only the owner of the phone has access to the passwords through the Master Key or the use of Biometric authentication.

It is recommended to activate biometric authentication "Face ID".

The only information that the developer saves is the data that you fill out when registering to use the APP.
- Costumer's name
- eMail (to contact us about any question, Christmas card)

ARCO Rights

Our commitment is to respect the ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition) of our customer's personal data. If you need to rectify or cancel the data that the developer guard (Name, email) you can request it at any time via email (support@grupobecmex.com), your request will be attended to within 24 hours.
